Its origins date back to the 1980s, with the partnership of Kripsol Piscinas (Toledo), focused on pump manufacturing, and Dictepol S.L. (Basque Country), a manufacturer of laminated filters for residential and commercial use. Later, Fiberpool Internacional S.L. (Barcelona) joined, forming the Kripsol® Group. In 2016, it integrated into the Hayward® group.

For nearly 100 years, Hayward has been manufacturing industry-leading equipment, filters, and pumps. Today, we are at the forefront of innovation in pool technology, outdoor living, and Internet-connected homes.

AQA Chemicals has been manufacturing pool cleaning and disinfection chemicals since 1996. They also distribute specific products such as the globally renowned LO-CHLOR specialties, including products like Leak Sealer, Miraclear, and Multi-Stain Remover.

Sugar Valley has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing electronic systems for pool and industrial water treatment. Their goal is to achieve healthier and more ecological water by minimizing the need for chemical additives.

In 2016, the Sugar Valley brand integrated into the Hayward® group.
